Development Center

Our Development Centre are based on our assessment technology, with an explicit focus on the development potential. 

We designed them to measure strengths, challenges, potential and development needs. They are intended to optimise the development of organisational potential at individual, team and corporate level.

Development Centres allow people to gain insight into their strengths and weaknesses, motivational factors and professional preferences. The outcome is discussed and documented in a PDP (Personal Development Plan).

ASTYRE Development Centres are built on a multi-faceted methodology, including personal development plans, individual coaching guidelines and mentoring advice.

We can incorporate existing competence models or use the ASTYRE COMPETENCE FRAMEWORK.

ASTYRE Development Centres are an excellent basis for Career Management and Leadership Development programs.
