Assessment Centre

Our Assessment Centres offer a particular type of assessment procedures truthfully reflecting all aspects of a company's work environment and job content.

To the participant, the benefit is the opportunity to experience the ‘microcosm' of a particular job in a specific company.  To the organisation, it provides a detailed insight and  feedback with respect to participants' specific capabilities, personality, learning ability and development potential.

ASTYRE Assessment Centres intend to create the particular setting in which participants will have to function.

We apply a comprehensive array of exercises such as in-basket or in-tray exercises, role-plays, detailled business cases and presentation exercises. At least 2 certified assessors-psychologists monitor all Assessment Centres.

ASTYRE Assessment Centres are by far the most complete method available for evaluating actual and future performance.
