Thalento is the result of efforts within the selection and talent management activities in The Astyre Group. Based on the experience and expertise of Ben Greeven, Hilde Lemmens and David Decouche The Astyre Group started the development of assessment technology more aligned to client and candidate expectations.

After thorough testing and validation during the period 2006 - 2008, the initial concept model, Alpha Selector was launched. It became a success.

Building on this success and acquired new insights, the Alpha Selector evolved into a more comprehensive solution.

Thalento was launched in May 2010.
