At any time, you can expect an open and transparent communication and a thorough explanation. To ASTYRE, each candidate is unique and deserves to be treated with the utmost respect. Our ambition is finding the suitable candidate for the vacancy and a position fitting the candidate.

Once your CV is registered into our ASTYRE Talent Center, it is very likely that we will contact you regarding a specific vacancy. At that time, it is our objective to obtain further information concerning your CV, your interest for the vacancy and your motivation.

Next, would be a preliminary interview, where we will focus on your career, experience and expertise. Of course, we will keep you informed of the progress. Most certainly, a next step would be an extensive interview with our client.

Following the client interview, you can be invited to participate to an assessment. In preparation of this assessment, you will be asked to complete a personal file and an online personality questionnaire. Naturally, all personal data are treated with the utmost respect for your privacy.

An assessment at ASTYRE consists out of 3 components: a first part is an online personality questionnaire completed with a number of cognitive exercises. For the online questionnaire, you will receive an invitation by e-mail, the cognitive tests will be taken at our offices. This is followed by a second part; an extensive personal interview. Finally, each interview is completed by our consultants with a structured feedback on the findings of the assessment.

Throughout the entire recruitment and selection process, you are guided with specific information and advise by our consultants.

Should you, at any time in the process, not be invited for the next phase during the process, we will provide you with a detailed feedback with respect to the motivation for this decision. Do contact us for further details.
