Scheuten Solar designs, produces and sells photovoltaic (PV) solar modules and total PV solar solutions. The PV production facility for Multisol® is located in Gelsenkirchen (Germany) and has the most modern module production lines in Europe. The production facility for Optisol® is located in Venlo. The Function

Growing the future Scheuten Solar business in Belgium is, together with the Belgian team, your responsibility. Your goal is to establish and maintain the turnover, continuity and growth of the business in specific areas. You identify and negotiate with new clients. As a go-between you analyze and translate the desires of your customer within the possibilities of the organization. You develop and maintain relationships with decision makers and advise them on the possibilities and specifics of the photovoltaic technology and our expertise. You support and advise your clients during their business and projects and manage all the commercial, operational and financial aspects. Together with the Business Unit Manager, you align the strategic goals to the market expectations for further growth in this territory. You propose marketing and sales actions. You report to the Business Unit Manager Belgium.

The Profile

We expect you to have a higher technical degree and to be fluent in Dutch/French and proficient in English. Your strong commercial background, preferably in the PV/Solar industry, proves experience in dealing and managing long and complex sales process. This requires insight dedication and motivational skills. Mastering a consultative approach you combine knowledge and persistency to manage all parties involved to get to results. Excellent organization and communication skills are evident in this fast growing company.
