Business Unit Manager Homecare
Location : Belgium
The Function
Your objective is to lead the expansion of the HomeCare Business Unit. You analyse the existing European home-care market, assess competitive positions and product-portfolio and set up a strategic European action plans.You act as an advisor for the development of new products, while providing the global sourcing for parts and materials as well as setting up new partnerships for distribution.
You put new and existing products in the market, work out sales initiatives and provide necessary support to country managers and salesforce.
The Profile
You are a driven, ambitious and experienced entrepreneur with at least five years of proven experience in a business and/or product development role in the medical home-care market. You can analyze market situations and know how to translate this into tangible strategies and actions. You have previously managed subcontractors, suppliers and have set up partnerships. You are preferably fluent in English and French and do not mind extensive travelling.The Offer
