  • Focus on the questions asked and keep your answers to the point.
  • If you are meeting with a team, do give all participants equal attention.
  • Consider the interview as a moment where you can position yourself, so put the emphasis on your strengths.
  • Don't dwell on negative experiences.
  • Avoid only reciting your curriculum, show that you have understood the position and highlight matching capabilities.
  • Pay attention to names and functions.
  • End the interview in a polite manner.

  

The Assessment


The purpose of an assessment should be to safeguard the compatibility of and the suitability between applicant and client. You also entitled to a feedback on the findings and a motivation of the decision.

How to prepare for an assessment?

  • There's no preparation required, a good night's rest will do just fine.
  • Completing a personality questionnaire is best done as fluent and intuitive as possible.
  • Try to be as complete as possible in your answers, focus on motivating your actions and decisions.
