Working @ ASTYRE

How do I explain why you should want to become a colleague? What it is like to work with us, delivering results or looking for new answers to known questions?

I can only speak of my own passion and leave it to my colleagues to tell you who we are and what we stand for. So don't hesitate to contact them, their details are on this website, give them a call or mail.

Who we are and what we are about, should be embedded in our website, at least if we did it right. As we grow and expand geographically, we will undoubtedly evolve. Every new colleague will contribute to our identity and ASTYRE will in return influence them. An organisation is a living entity with its own distinct personality. Each individual has a unique role, where some will have a larger footprint than others. Some personalities are stronger or larger than others, but all are equally important.

Yet, it is also true that "In a sky full of people only some want to fly" (Seal). However, the world isn't built out of only dreamers or workers, it takes all kinds of people.

We are looking for people with definite personalities, with their own opinions, but who are prepared to invest themselves, grow and work together.

A colleague once told me, I was behaving like "the elephant in the room". It caused me considerable reflection.  But I came to the conclusion that the answer was not to be less of an elephant, but ... that the best place to hide an elephant was to put him in a room with other elephants. So if ...
